Depends. if you do a release soon then don't merge it. Namespace support
is not that needed yet. the 3.1 branch code works good enough in most cases. 

if you don't release any time soon, please merge the HEAD state. We can find 
possible regressions together then much faster. The HEAD code should be good, 
it might have one or two small bugs, but thats it.
