layouted() -> needsLayout()

Unlike Dave I am not a native speaker of English, but "needsLayout" 
definitely sounds better and more grammatical. Everyone on the Safari 
team agreed this change was a huge improvement in readability when he 
made it.

"needs" and "requires" are synonyms. What do you think is better about 
"requires"? (That being said, requiresLayout sounds a lot better than 
layouted).

needsMinMax / setNeedsMinMax would be a fine name.
