We'll be releasing HEAD as the "stable" one - either next month or the month after.
I think it's a matter of merging the right stuff.
The only known regressions are in the rendering tree AFAIK.
kjs, the ecma bindings, and the DOM should be fine, as well
as all the namespace fixes (the ID stuff for elements and attributes)
from xml/ and html/ (and maybe more from there, of course).
Check how much of the attached testcase you pass... It's all fixed in HEAD,
but I can't provide you with a single patch, since the implementation went
one way then another: sending all the intermediary patches would be nonsense.
