apologies, and new tarballs

Hi folks.

At our phone meeting, the Safari team at Apple promised we'd start with 
one small step in the direction of more openness by posting tarballs 
with our latest sources for WebCore more often, roughly weekly.

Then we went many weeks without doing it. Sorry!

Yesterday I did post new tarballs, though. Version 68 of WebCore and 
JavaScriptCore is up there, with many changes since version 60.

I'll try to get on a roughly weekly schedule now.
