fix for img.form

arghl. which site required that ? :-(

Mozilla doesn't seem to have that quirk either.. and its really awful.

Safari has a somewhat conflicting change for it I think, I was going to look 
at it but I was busy with the 3.1 release stuff. will do so now, ok?
