I don't think you're breaking anything, mainly because I committed the very 
same fix already to KHTML codebase several months ago and I haven't heard of 
new problems so far. 

The regression was introduced during some bigger code reorganization, and as 
far as I can remember currently it was part of an overmotivated fix for 
<iframe><script>...</script></iframe> and similiar (<noembed>, <noframes> 
etc).
