I have been discussing this on the W3C www-dom-ts mailing-list
(the one where the official DOM testsuite is elaborated - more on this soon)
We came to the conclusion that browsers should not move stuff around
in the DOM tree.
Konqueror used to do so, but only because the old table renderer needed the
DOM elements to be in visual order. The new renderer doesn't have this requ=
irement,
so Konqueror doesn't reorder table sections anymore.
