We're all located in Europe, so the best time would probably be in the evening 
european time.

I can understand this. We are currently trying to integrate most of your fixes 
(as you might have already seen), so convergence will come and I would be 
really glad if we can base your second release and konqueror of KDE-3.2 onto 
the same codebase.

If you would like to work more in KDEs CVS, it should be no problem to get you 
access.
