SUMMARY
KGet does not inform the user of the condition when it cannot proceed with a
download because the target file system is full.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. { mount tmpfs /tmp/d -t tmpfs -o size=1; }
2. Tell KGet to download a large file into /tmp/d!
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Speed=Stopped

EXPECTED RESULT
Speed=Error: device full
