Version 2.14.11  fails to take a URL ref to file.  Example drop a mp3 link from
Akregator to the drop icon on my desktop and the download dialog opens but no
url in the download field.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. pick up url to file with mouse cursor.
2. drop in download icon.
3. dialogue open but no url in url-download link.

Actual Results:  
Fails to assist in taking url string.

Expected Results:  
Should detecty url and help User.

Latest patched system, latest Archlinux KF5 items running in KDE4.
