Steps to Reproduce:
下面将如何重现该BUG：
1、成功启动kget，此时，通知区域没有kget图标。
2、此时点击右上角的x按钮，而不是通过菜单栏，点击“文件-退出”。
3、此时kget被最小化，并且无法唤出。
4、只有通过复制一个超链接，或者从“任务管理器里面结束kget”，才能够重新唤出kget。

The following How will reproduce the bug:
Successfully started kget, the notification area no kget icon.
2, click the x button in the upper right corner, rather than through the menu
bar, click "File - Exit".
3 kget be minimized, and can not be conjured.
4, only copy a hyperlink, or from the end of the task manager inside kget ",
before re conjured kget.



BUG not only reproduce, but also Ubuntu 10.04 Ubuntu 13.04 alpha.
