If kget started after network connection gets disconnected and then connected
again, it shows "No internet connection, stopping transfers" notification and
won't download anything

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Disconnect network connection
Connect network connection
Start kget

Actual Results:  
The above mentioned notification, download can't be started

Expected Results:  
Ability to start download

Network is managed by NetworkManager 0.9.2
