Summary: Option to automatically rename downloaded files when
the server shows a different name
           Product: kget
           Version: 0.8.1
          Platform: Gentoo Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kget at kde.org
        ReportedBy: arne_bab at web.de

Version: 0.8.1 (using KDE 4.5.95)
OS: Linux

Hi,

I just wanted to download a bunch of files which use URLs like …/download/.
When I click them in konqueror, the save as dialog opens and shows me the real
name of the file as suggested filename.

When I instead try to download via Extras → list all links, kget names all
downloaded files “download”.

So I’d love to have an option to have kget automatically use the filename
supplied by the server. List all links is extremely useful, and it would be
great to have feature parity to the normal save-as dialog for downloads in
konqueror.

Reproducible: Didn't try

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34-gentoo-r6
Compiler: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
