Summary: Downloading many thousands of files -- how to empty
the list?
Product: kget
Version: unspecified
Platform: Unlisted Binaries
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: wishlist
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: kget at kde.org
ReportedBy: o.kullmann at swansea.ac.uk
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux
To start with: the box above for "Application Version" does not contain the
version 2.6.0 of kget I'm using.
Now the problem: I wanted to download some Internet-directory with many
thousands
of files. Now the server seems broken, so I aborted, and want to empty the
list.
But to do so I have to select the items in the kget-window, and there is not
tool
for selection other than to click on a single item (and pressing ctrl)!
Not even the mouse can be dragged over an area, just nothing.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Just download a lot of item and try to get rid off them.
Actual Results:
At least none of the menus (nor the configuration dialogue) offers any
possibility.
Expected Results:
What you need is at least "Select all".
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.39.3-0.5-desktop
Compiler: gcc
