Hi, I just tried it and can't reproduce it.
Could you please start kget from the terminal with debug output? For that start
kdebugdialog and activte all "kget", "kio_http" and "kio_file". That way I
guess I should get all the information needed.

Btw. what do you mean with "4.5.2 not in KDE version dropbox."?
