I tried your suggestion, but this time both Kget and Konqueror seem to work as
expected.That is, if I am downloading with my N900 from the same wireless
LAN,the speed decreases, but if I pause N900, speed increases.

It seems the problem is solved by one of the updates.

My current version is,

KGet
Version 2.4.4
Using KDE Development Platform 4.4.4 (KDE 4.4.4) "release 3"

How is this version related to kget 0.8.1? I reported this bug, not long ago, I
could not have been using such an old version in September of this year!
