Hello, Matthias.

Yes, the bug is still here (KDE 4.5.2, amd x86_64).
Nor kget, nor konqueror DOES NOT allow to work wit ftp:// being behind of
proxy.

(ps: my network address is a "white" one, but is not routed directed to the Net
because of corporate policy, may be this may help. What kind of asdditional
info may i submit?)
