I have found that double-clicking on the row opens the downloaded file in the
default program, but the click should be anywhere except "Name" column - this
seems to be rather uncommon. Doulble clicking on the "Name" expands the row
with download info - I think this could be better done on single-click on the
"green triangle expander" column, and double-click on the "Name" should open
the file.

I am also on 4.4.81 right now and can't find "open with" menu anywhere (there
is only "open destination"), it was also missing in 4.4
