DownThemAll in Firefox has nice buttons for moving downloads up and down, or to
the top and bottom, in the list.  KGet has nothing.  Drag-and-drop isn't always
suitable, e.g. when wanting to move several downloads from near the bottom of a
large list to the top of the list.
