[Kget] [Bug 222515] kget does not automatically start a download if the numer of finished downloads is greater then or equal to the number of allowed downloads in a group

Christian, from what I can understand from your description, you're manually
selecting 2 transfers and starting them. Then, when these are finished, you're
expecting the 3rd one to be started automatically, right? 

If this is your case, kget is behaving correctly. Only by doing "Start All" you
will make sure that all downloads in the list will be downloaded. We all agree
that this is a little bit confusing.. needs to be made more clear from the user
perspective.
