Summary: Open selected links in web browser
Product: kget
Version: unspecified
Platform: openSUSE RPMs
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: wishlist
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: kget at kde.org
ReportedBy: toddrme2178 at gmail.com
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.0)
OS: Linux
With the ability to make filter, rekonq becomes a good way to select a lot of
links with particular properties. This is great for downloading, but it also
has other uses as well. One use is that it lets you select a lot of links you
would want to view in a web browser based on specific properties of those
links. So it would be nice if there was an option in kget to, instead of
downloading the selected links, open them in the default we browser (or, if
possible, the same web browser that sent kget the list of links in the first
place).
Downthemall, a firefox download manager, has this feature and I have found it
very useful.
Reproducible: Didn't try
