Hey ! KDE 4.5 and i still have this bug.. Mostly it's happens when opening
images (right click - view image)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Turn off all notifications in kget.
2. Open image. (For example random image from DeviantArt -
http://fc07.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2010/185/2/f/Nuala_Black_SL_by_metal27.jpg)
3. You have notification "Retrieving xMB from site [Finished]

And it's not duplicate, cause i don't have problem with kget notifications -
only when using it via konqueror.
