kget is the default konqueror downloader
the phenomenon is a random one

when downloading
then
kget points the file is 100 % downloaded
then
you notice with dolphin the file size is some 99 KB intead of for example 29 MB
or some 200 KB instead of 900 KB

no pb when kget is not the default donwloader of konqueror
