Ok. Fixed the notification.
You tend to forget how easy things can be :)

When testing the message, I did stumble on an annoying little problem though:

If you keep the "New Download" dialog open for too long, the DBus call times 
out, and you get an error message.

I looked through the code and apparently the dialog gets exec()ed, which 
blocks the call until the dialog has been closed.

So I moved some stuff around... Should be fixed now.

New version is on kde-apps.org.
I think we're ready to push to trunk. Will you commit this? Or should I create 
a SVN account?
