Still broken in kget 2.2.4 (KDE 4.2.4).

Maybe if we didn't insult the kget maintainers, they'd be more inclined to fix
this problem.

Maintainers, can we please set the status of this bug to confirmed, and
severity to normal or major?  Two people have independently confirmed it,
besides the reporter.  This is a fundamental feature of any download manager,
that hasn't worked since 2004.
