This may be related or not: at some point kdelibs (or the old
Libknotificationarea ) installed a cmake file in the $INSTALLDIR. This file was
later removed from the SVN, but if you didn't cleaned up your installation dir
first you may experience some compiling errors. I don't know if this is the
case. 
Just ensure to update your builds and to clean your KDE trunk installation dir
before reinstalling to remove old orphaned files.
