BUG still there in 4.3RC2. The behavior it's not the same but there is still a
bug.

This is what happens in KDE 4.3 RC2. When I select "save file as" the kget
opens the dialog to choose the name of the file. When I write the name of the
file and press OK, kget opens a new dialog. This dialog says that a file with
this name already exists (what is not true) and it has a text box to the user
to write the new name for the file.
