When downloading a file from a link looking like that :

http://site.net/download.php?id=65872&name=file.tar.bz2

Kget downloads the download.php file instead of the file.tar.bz2 file. It's
reproducible on every PHP download link such as my example.
Happening on trunk SVN rev. 909940.
