Thank's very much for that! kget gets nicer with each release, wish same
happened with ark :)

Having context menu "open with" would still be rather useful - in many cases
there are multiple registered programs to open file with (for example I would
prefer to open office document with koffice, but if it fails - try OpenOffice)
- don't like firefox because it also does not provide "open with" option in its
download list.
