When I go to alter some KGet settings since 8.10 upgrade, the program crashes
(disappears not freezes) when I try to apply the changes. When I go and look at
the settings next time, they seem to have been noted, despite the crash. But I
must say one or two don't seem to do much: the global download limit is totally
ignored and Kget just downloads at the full rate. And the limit of number of
downloads at one point seemed to be ignored, but tried it again and seems ok.
