Dolphin is file manager, and will be *mostly* used to browse a local file
system. I find the 'Download with KGet' option in the 'Actions' submenu when I
right-click a file.
How useful is this option for a file manager, unless perhaps you are browsing a
network share or FTP site.

Does that small use case mandate this menu item?
