[Kget] kget and libbtcore

Hey!
Currently KGet is depending on libbtcore from KTorrent 3.1, that won't change till 4.1. When a 3.1 branch gets created we will change the svn-external to it. 

About the last point: No idea, let's wait for uwolfer for this...
