Suddenly it wanted to download it and when I tried to untar it I got:

[kde4 localhost ~]$ tar jxvf kdesvn-0.14.4.tar.bz2

bzip2: Data integrity error when decompressing.
        Input file = (stdin), output file = (stdout)


md5sum

from wget it is:
