When kget stops download because disk is full it will be usefull to have dialog which will ask about changing directory to which file is downloaded.

Ex:
Computer have 3 partitions mounted:
/
/home
/data

I have started download to /home/user/Download. But it appeared that I don't have enough disk space to finish download.

Kget shows dialog asking me if there is other directory where it can store download.
