Description:
Kget is not downloading any file I try to download from it. It always stays as
delayed and doesn't start at all.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add new download and enter url of file.

Expected result:
Download should start

Actual result:
Download status stays delayed and download doesn't start at all.
