Ok probably it doesn't close correct for any reason ;) So I tested:
-start KGet
-Hide/Show the MainWindow
-Quit KGet
-start KGet again
-check if the MainWin is hidden or not...

Can u do those steps?

PS: The restoring after reboot works on my Beta as well ;)
