Using Firefox 2.0.0.3 I dragged a (perfectly formed) URL to the drop target. I
got a popup error message for malformed URL "h" (which was actually the first
character in "http://www......").
I saw a RESOLVED bug which mentioned Konqueror integration - I have NOT turned
this on.
