Summary: kget does not have a site manager to enter and store
                    "site specific" information like username/password/proxy
                    etc.
           Product: kget
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kget kde org
        ReportedBy: erenoglu hotmail com

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Site Specific options can be gathered easily by looking at the implementation in other download managers (like Free Download Manager, Flashget)

For example, FDM includes in its site manager:
- Name of Site
- Checkbox if USername/Password is required
- Maximum # of simultaneous connections
- Default group of download
- FTP Mode (passive/active)

I guess in Flashget, you can also specify, Site Specific Proxy server settings (HTTP/HTTPS/Socks etc.)

Thank you...

Emre
