sometimes downloads are marked as stalled and take at least a very long time to continue. it would be interresting if downloads stalled for a few minutes were moved at the end of the download queue automatically so that other downloads have a chance to run.
(also I noticed that for some reason, a download that is stalled does not prevent other files from the same server to be downloaded at normal speed).
