[Kget] Qftp::get patch for multi threaded pluing in kget2

severals moth ago we made a plugin for kget2 that implements multithreaded 
donloads for http and ftp protocols. but the QFtp class dont let me start a 
download with an starting off set. so we make a patch for it. i already send 
it to throlltech and they replay me that they going to check it out. but it 
is still out of the qt4.X releases.
