[Kget] Duplicate action 'drop_target'

Hi,

we have a duplicated action
        <Action name="drop_target"/>
in kgetui.rc, in View and Options menus.

Which should be removed?

And moreover, shouldn't it better to move it in the Settings menu and
rename it as "Show Drop Target", just like the status bar and tollbar
actions?
