            Bug ID: 509697
Summary: Option to hide mountpoint prefixes in Devices panel
                    (show only basename)
    Classification: Applications
           Product: dolphin
      Version First 25.08.1
       Reported In:
          Platform: Arch Linux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: panels: folders
          Assignee: dolphin-bugs-null at kde.org
          Reporter: m.forum at mailbox.org
                CC: kfm-devel at kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

Created attachment 185111
  --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=185111&action=edit
added per fstab (looks cluttered)

In Dolphin's sidebar, mountpoints from /etc/fstab are shown with their full
path (e.g. "/mnt/data").

When I previously added the same shares through Dolphin itself, they were shown
without the prefix, just "data".
The full path makes the sidebar look cluttered.

Feature request: Please add an option to hide path prefixes (e.g. show "data"
instead of "/mnt/data").

System: Arch Linux, KDE Plasma (current stable), Dolphin Version 25.08.1
