Reply, using the default KDE desktop and settings of Fedora and Manjaro can
also trigger the inability to eject USB storage normally, and it shows that the
device cannot be mounted. However, this time the Fedora42KDE version can read
and write USB drives normally after restarting. If I have time, I will try to
collect and submit error files the next time the bug and crash of KDE basic
components and USB drives are triggered, but the probability of triggering is
too small.

To see if this is a problem with your user, see if you can reproduce the bug
with a new user, with default settings.
