            Bug ID: 509247
Summary: Dolphin errors and sometimes crashes when usb drive
                    ejected
    Classification: Applications
           Product: dolphin
      Version First 23.08.5
       Reported In:
          Platform: Kubuntu
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Keywords: drkonqi
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: dolphin-bugs-null at kde.org
          Reporter: paulslattery99 at gmail.com
                CC: kfm-devel at kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

Application: dolphin (23.08.5)

Qt Version: 5.15.13
Frameworks Version: 5.115.0
Operating System: Linux 6.8.0-78-generic x86_64
Windowing System: X11
Distribution: Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS
DrKonqi: 5.27.11 [KCrashBackend]

-- Information about the crash:
Previous versions of dolphin closed the tab when a usb drive was ejected, now
it shows an orange error bar saying the location is no longer available. Worse
than that it crashes out completely occasionally and seems to think some of my
internal ssd's are being removed - which they are not, obviously. I've gone
from a stable 22.04 to a shaky 24.04 and this is on both my desktop pc and
laptop.

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.

-- Backtrace:
Application: Dolphin (dolphin), signal: Segmentation fault
