I had the same problem on my computer. When clicking "Properties" in the file
menu, Dolphin got stuck and said "Not Responding" and took 8-10 seconds to pop
up the properties window. But when I tried to multi-select files and view the
properties, it behaved quickly and normally.

This bug seemed to go away after a system reboot, but it would still appear
after long-term use.
