Thanks for re-testing and for sharing those details, that helps
I re-tested in git-master and I can reproduce with:

1. The setup from your comment, Icons view set to max 2 lines, label width
medium
2. In ~/bug_showcase, switch to Icons view
3.use Ctrl+mouse scroll wheel to zoom in, and back out

Observed part of the filename and details appeared duplicated, briefly
