STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Click on Menu
3. Show Panels

OBSERVED RESULT
Show Information Panel NOT available 

EXPECTED RESULT
Click on Information Panel, it displays information panel to the right side of
dolphin
