SUMMARY
The settings in Dolphin didn't have an option to activate the information panel

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Click on "View" in the Menu. 
2. Then choose "Show Panels"

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no option to activate (or deactivate) the *Info* panel. See this
screenshot please:

EXPECTED RESULT
An Option to activate the Info panel.
The Info panel is on the right side of Dolphins window like in this picture:
