Thank you very much for answer. But it not work. On Kubuntu is blocked root in
Dolphin.

Actually work in terminal only this command
pkexec env DISPLAY=$DISPLAY XAUTHORITY=$XAUTHORITY KDE_SESSION_VERSION=5
KDE_FULL_SESSION=true dolphin

This guide not work in my PC. I use most innovative encryption FSCRYPT of home
folder. I am not sure whether it is reason of issue
