If Baloo is diabled, Dolphin should fall back to its internal code (or maybe
call ripgrep if you have it installed). In general the internal code is simple
and reasonably bulletproof ...

On possible "gotcha" is if you want to search for a filename but have the
"Content" search selected. A content search does not seach for matches in the
filename, see Bug 463830, or https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=463830#c1 in
particular
